You donate 5% of online sales to charity. Where does that money go?

Our featured charity will change throughout the year but at the moment 5% of the profits from online purchases is donated to the ACLU. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) was founded in 1920 with the mission "to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States." How are your pieces made?

*We freehand carve wax (without calipers and measurements) and don’t strive for symmetry or perfection. These waxes are cast using lost-wax techniques that date back to the Chalcolithic period (4500-3500 BCE). We work with a California based casting house run by some women.

What is your jewelry made of?

*We do not electroplate our jewelry. Pieces listed as silver are the standard and solid 92.5% pure sterling silver. Pieces listed with 22k gold consist of a gold plate fused onto silver (called bimetal). We use 100% recycled sterling silver and gold, which helps conserve energy and minimizes our environmental impact. As we use natural, unsealed materials, their patination and coloring may shift due to wear and body alchemy. If you are unhappy with the way that a piece has worn, please contact us, and we’ll find a solution.

What are the One of a kind/One-offs?

*This means there will only be one of this exact style produced. Some of these are studies/drafts working towards a final product; you may see styles with similar elements pop up down the road. If you’re unclear about which design element is unique to a piece, please don’t hesitate to ask.

How do I know what size to order?

*We strongly encourage you to visit a jewelry store to check your ring size before purchase. Having a properly fitted ring makes all the difference in terms of comfort and wear.

Do you accept returns?

*We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase please, contact us within 5 days of receiving your package for detailed instructions. You can exchange or return merchandise in original condition within 14 days of receiving. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping.

Will you do repairs?

*We cannot guarantee free repairs on all jewelry. Please contact us if you have an issue with a piece, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
